Process timeline
Introductory
We will schedule an initial meeting at our office/show home to discuss your vision, get to know you, answer any questions that you may have about building with Legacy Homes.
Drafting Your Plan
After our initial meeting and we’ve gotten to know what you want in your custom home, we will work with you to design your home to suit your needs and lifestyle.
Obtaining Permits
We take care of obtaining all building permits to ensure that your project will commence on time.
Building Process
Using our team of designers and suppliers, we will work closely with you to choose all elements to bring your vision to life. We will schedule meetings at the home during construction to make any changes that may come up during the build.
Completion
Once your custom home is completed we will meet at the home to do a final walk through.
